Strengths and Weaknesses

There were problems last year that we encountered mostly regarding the communication and time management. The effects of these problems made us miss specific deadlines for submission of schoolwork and not correctly splitting work between each other. A strength of our group last year was the interest of the subject and the work outside of the lessons. We were very motivated to get the work we needed done outside of lesson time and not try to put it off. Also, at times during our as project, we had some good communication, every so often on our sheet for progression we would arrange to talk about who is going to complete which helped us individually in the group to do what was necessary to hit the deadline. But not much thought was put into the scheduling of things and sometimes people would not be there to hear their tasks. This year our group can benefit from better communication and time management, as it is something that can be implemented rather easily without much effort. This would result in better quality work and the work being finished for deadlines.
